The Encyclopaedia Britannica defines Critical Path Analysis (CPA) as "a technique for controlling and coordinating the various activities necessary in completing a major project." Whether your major project is personal or business, my coaching philosophy holds simply that the steps you take on the path to that objective are, indeed, critical. A wrong turn, and it might take longer to reach your destination—or you might not make it there at all.

I believe that self-reliance and rational self-interest are the keys to self-esteem, happiness and ultimately, profit. The critical path away from dependence on others and whatever "society" thinks, can—and does—lead to success and deep satisfaction. My job is to listen to you—to become a constructive, affirming resource for attaining your goal.

Whether you want to jump start your journey on that path, or just accelerate it, my mission is to assist you in clarifying your aim by forming an objective and focused partnership with you. My feedback will be constructive, non-judgmental and informed. We will work together to realize your ambition; be it a business start-up, success in your existing business, or personal issues—job loss, stress or conflict in the workplace, weight loss, grief, loneliness—whatever you are prepared to take action to solve or change.

I am an entrepreneur and consultant with experience in business startup, management, corporate and personal issues. My 37 years of experience as an owner in the entertainment field (including radio, professional recording, restaurants, book publishing/promotion, and live performance) has uniquely equipped me to work "cross-platform;" addressing both business and personal issues with equal success.

I am a member of the International Coaching Federation. ICF defines my responsibility to you as follows:

		Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve
		Encourage client self-discovery
		Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies
		Hold the client as responsible and accountable

As a professional coach we will form an ongoing partnership that will help you produce fulfilling results in your personal life and/or the workplace. My objective is to work with you to deepen your learning, improve your performance, and enhance the quality of your life.

In each meeting, you, the client, choose the focus of conversation. I will listen and contribute observations and questions. This interaction between us will hopefully bring about clarity and move you into action. Coaching accelerates your progress by providing greater focus and awareness of your choices; concentrating on where you are today and what you are willing to do to get where you want to be tomorrow. Our meetings are completely confidential.

If we choose to work together, our coaching sessions can be accomplished in several ways:

		Phone Consults: I offer three 50-minute sessions per month for $250/month. This includes quick phone calls and short e-mails during the month as needed. We will set up a mutually agreeable time for you to call. Fewer sessions per month, or sessions lasting less than 50 minutes are available, and are quoted via e-mail on a per-case basis.
		E-mail Consults: We can communicate via e-mail, as often as you wish, for $225/month. I guarantee a one-day turnaround, unless I inform you in advance that I will be out-of-town, etc.
		Corporate/Business Consults: These are usually set-up via contractual agreement, though I can communicate with an individual business owner in a manner similar to phone and email consults above. Fees will vary if there is on-site consulting, interaction with employees/staff, etc. All fees are by the month and are quoted via e-mail on a per case basis.
		Group Consults via Phone: I can speak to your group, family, etc. over the telephone (you will need a speakerphone on your end). We will customize this service to your particular needs; but generally two one-hour sessions monthly are $60-$110 per month per person in the group.
		Coaching in Person: After several phone or e-mail consults, I am willing to meet in person if necessary, depending on your location. Hourly rates quoted are for 50 minutes. You are responsible for the time charges in the event you do not keep your appointment. Meeting at your office or workplace (not your home): $90/hr. prepaid, no minimum. Travel time is negotiated depending on your location, but, for local destinations, is generally about one-half the hourly rate.

By calling this coach, or choosing by any other means to work with the coach, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

		That coaching is a partnership between the coach and the client.
		That the coach's job is to assist me, based entirely on my input, in determining my goals, and then to recommend methods for attaining them.
		That the fulfillment of these goals remains totally my responsibility.
		That hiring or otherwise retaining a coach does not, by any means, guarantee success in my personal or business life.
		That the coach cannot be responsible for any damages, debt, or other commitments into which I may enter as a part of the process of achieving my goals.
